1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you provide.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or networks connected to it.
• Use the platform to send spam, harass others, or engage in abusive or deceptive behavior.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or distribute any part of the Service, including dashboards, reports, or AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to enforce limits on usage (e.g., API or request rate limits), and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users.

2. Account Registration

To use certain parts of the Service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription, Billing & Payment

Karbon Analytics is a subscription-based platform. Access to the Service is only available to users with an active paid subscription. We do not offer a free plan, but a 14-day trial is available to eligible users.

3.1 Subscription Plans

All pricing, plan types, and billing frequencies are made available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

3.2 Payment Processing

We use Polar, a third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) built on Stripe, to manage all subscription payments.

3.3 Refunds

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Plan changes are automatically handled with prorated billing.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Data Rights & Ownership

You retain all rights to any data you import or connect to the Service. Karbon Analytics does not claim ownership over your business data.

We access and process your connected data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, dashboards, and software provided by Karbon Analytics are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Some features use AI to generate insights. We do not share any personal data with external AI services. AI-generated content is provided "as-is".

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karbon Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Karbon Analytics also adheres to GDPR and CCPA standards.
